Ukraina, Inc. offers a full array of sea and air freight services for residents and legal entities of the
Greater Washington, DC / National Capitol Area (Washington, DC – Central Maryland –
Northern Virginia).

Ukraina, Inc. is a regional agent of MEEST Corp. and POLONEZ Parcel Service, Inc. that
provide hand-to-hand delivery services of almost any size parcels and door-to-door delivery
services of Full Container Loads (FCL).

MEEST Corp. is our preferred carrier for cargo going to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia,
Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraina and Uzbekistan.

POLONEZ Parcel Service, Inc. is our preferred carrier for cargo going to Czech Republic, Hungary,
Poland and Slovak Republic.

Please, be advised that our rates (see: Rates Table) may be slightly different from those advertised
by MEEST Corp. and POLONEZ Parcel Service, Inc. on their web sites.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

▪ Rates shown in the table may be slightly higher than those advertised by MEEST and POLONEZ.

▪ $20.00 flat fee applies if packages are picked up from customers' homes and offices.

▪ Minimum weight limit – 10.0 lbs. (4.5 kg).
Packages under 10.0 lbs shall be charged as 10.0 lb packages.

▪ Maximum 70.0 lbs. (32.0 kg) to Ukraina. Additional charges apply for overweight packages.
Custom services may consider them as commercial and request custom duty payment.

▪ Maximum 66.0 lbs.(30.0 kg) to Russia and other countries
(some countries allow jus 44.0 lbs maximum per package).
No exception!
Our frequent clients, by the way, advise us that packages under 40.0 lbs are delivered
almost twice faster that larger ones.

▪ Weight by volume formula may be used to calculate payment for oversized packages.

▪ Two packages per recipient advised or 40% of cost custom duty may apply.

▪ All packages automatically are insured for $60.00.
Additional insurance cost is 5.0% of value.
Maximum insurance allowed - $800.00.

NOTICE: When you have an appointment, please, arrive on time (this means - a couple of minutes before).
If you are getting late, you have to call our agent and ask him to wait. In such situation, you have to
be prepared to pay $5.00 for each 15 minutes our agent will be waiting for your arrival. That's simple:
you can't manage your own time - please, be so kind to pay for others time you are responsible.
